October 2011, I took on a big challenge… read more about it here:

Day 1: One moment of weakness, and I’m in way over my head.
Day 2: Desperation + Initial NoveltyIt helps to have a challenge, a deadline. Familiarity, surrounding and immersing my eyes with the verses, is powerful.
Day 3: Putting feet to it. Walk, learn, repeat.
Day 4: Memory lights up the eyes. Light motivates.
Day 5: Little C and sketching. Overdo it a bit. Make a “rough sketch”. You can do it!
Day 6: The Top 5. (Because that makes sense.) My favorite chapters.
Day 7: Zzzzz… Sleep is good.
Day 8: Do some digging. A Saturday kind of work.
Day 9: Still here. Stay. Quiet.
Day 10: Looking & listening. Hearing, add another layer.
Day 11: Memorization is cool*. Sure it is.
Day 12: O o t d, w a s o s d, p*. I may have finally lost it.
Day 13: In island step. No problem, mon.
Day 14: Training wheels. Lean all you want…
Day 15: Above the Sharpie smile. One sentence. (And some other sentences.)
Day 16: Carry the habit. Catch moments. (And yes there may have been two Day 16’s at one point. Just goes to show how Mondays are for me!)
Day 17: Seventeen/many. Not for the numbers. To notice what counts.
Day 18: Taste! (recipe included). It is meant to be savored and enjoyed.
Day 19: A joy-infused memory. Just glowing.  (And yes there may have been two three Day 16’s at one point. Just goes to show how Mondays Wednesdays are for me!)
Day 20: Hand writing, Part 1. I write it out.
Day 21: Hand writing, Part 2. Simple reminder.
Day 22: Sisters.Big smile memory.
Day 23: A soup kind of day. Real nourishment when you need it most.
Day 24: Roots. Slow growing.
Day 25: Have a little faith.
Day 26: Line by line.Memory by the lake.
Day 27: In the swing of things.Memory in the current tempo.
Day 28: The good stuff. Can’t wait.
Day 29: Caution!
Day 30: Repeat? “Oh. Wow!”
“Day 31”
